The "Foreclosure List" tab is your main search tool to find prospective properties. It is feature rich, and although appears simple it has a lot of flexibility. The main purpose of this tab is to find certain properties that meet your criteria, go into the detail page, and set them as "saved properties". This will allow you to see them in the Saved Properties tab in the future to continue your research.

Advanced Search - input ranges

At the top their is a horizontal bar that is clickable called "Advanced Search". Click this bar, and you will see quite a few search options. The first section are input ranges such as date range. You can specify a Begin Date, or an End Date or both. If you fill in just a begin date it will retrieve all listings from that date into the future. Or if you only put an End Date, it will retrieve all past listings from that end date back. The same is true for all of the other input ranges such as beds, and so fourth.

Advanced Search - advanced options

Below the input ranges you will see some additional options such as "display listings with out addresses". These do not have addresses because the county did not add an address on the listing. It is possible to research these but it will take some additional leg work on your part (something other investors might not be willing to do). I generally do not both looking at these since they are time consuming to look for but doing anything that other investors are not willing to do can lead to a diamond in the ruff.

Advanced Search - columns to display

Below the advanced options is a bunch of check boxes. These are the columns you would like to display in your final table output. The order in which the columns display is not alterable. Some columns do not make much sense for viewing past auctions and vice versa for future auctions. For your convenience we have set a default "columns selections" for future auctions and a default "column selections" for past auctions.

Advanced Search - table & map view

There are two main views available, table and map view. You can select either view or both to display at the same time. Hit Search, The map view will display below the table. Based on the search criteria, there could be thousands of listings to display and the browser could take a moment to render.

Understanding Table View

The table you should be seeing there has quite a few abilities. The columns that are displaying are generated based on your criteria from the Advanced Search drop down (with the exception of the first column, property image). The first column, will display the property image if it is available from google. This image also acts as a link to the detail page which should pop up if you click on it. The columns are sortable, from descending to ascending. You can also change the amount of columns to display in a single view, by default only 10 will appear. If there are more than 10 properties for your search, and default is set to view of 10, pagination will appear at the bottom allowing you to view additioanl properties. In the top right you should view various forms of saving the table information. You are allowed to save the table as an excel document or pdf for free.

The detail Page (listing detail Modal)

The detail modal should display all of the information we have on the property. There is a lot of data associated with each property, and a special document has been created to help answer any further questions, visit Data points section. For your convenience we have included an interactive street view, and eagle eye map view for you to see the general neighborhood. You will notice three additional possible user actions.
"Save Property" - Allows you to save the property to your saved property section for further investigation. "Notes" - Allows you to save private notes on that property. Use this to write down comments that make this property stand out, or where you are with the research process on this property. "Remove Property" - Allows you to remove from search results permanently. After inspecting a property you might never want to see it again because it wasnt a good deal. Why waste time seeing it over and over again? Use this ability to make it go away for ever.

Map view

Map view icons are clickable to bring up the detail modal.
