8. POSSIBLE TERMINATION
Auction tumbler holds the right to suspend or revoke its services to any user or group of users for any reason. We may discontinue service at any time. This does not entitle any customer to a refund.

9. PAYMENTS AND SERVICE
Auction tumbler which does business under Howley Real Estate LLC, is a paid subscription website. We do not in any way shape or form sell data. Our paid service is to gain access to our control panel dashboard to view data.

10. CANCELLATION
If you choose to cancel your subscription, there are no refunds or partial refunds for a particular month. We require one week notice prior to the scheduled monthly maintenance fee.

11. RESEARCH
It is important that you do your own research and double check all pieces of information. It is possible for properties to have additional liens on them that you would responsible for. Get professional title searches done or even contact a real estate attorney before bidding on a property.
